Welcome to the Sisters Regional website and related pages (“Website”). By accessing or browsing this Website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Website Purpose

This Website is an informational, organizational, promotional, and creative website for Sisters Regional, a division of Gio Celenza MGMT that serves as the parent division for regional Sisters content groups.

Sisters Regional oversees and supports regional content groups including Sisters East, Sisters Midwest, Sisters South, and Sisters West.

Sisters Regional is not presented through this Website as a corporation, registered company, incorporated business, or separately established legal entity.

2. Sisters Regional and Gio Celenza MGMT

Sisters Regional is a division of Gio Celenza MGMT.

Gio Celenza MGMT may provide management, administrative, organizational, website, promotional, and other support to Sisters Regional and the regional content groups operating under it.

Sisters Regional operates under and through Gio Celenza MGMT as a division rather than as a separately established company or corporation.

Nothing on this Website should be interpreted as creating a separate corporate, employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between Sisters Regional and Gio Celenza MGMT.

3. Relationship to Regional Content Groups

Sisters Regional serves as the parent division and organizational umbrella for the regional Sisters content groups.

These groups currently include:

• Sisters East;

• Sisters Midwest;

• Sisters South; and

• Sisters West.

Each regional group may have its own content, creators, activities, projects, websites, social media accounts, and other creative materials.

A regional content group may also operate or be associated with additional creative projects or divisions. Those projects may have their own Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, copyright policies, content-removal procedures, or other applicable policies.

4. Associated Projects and Divisions

Sisters Regional may oversee, operate, support, or maintain additional creative projects, divisions, and initiatives associated with its regional content groups.

These may include projects operating under Sisters East, such as Sisters East Records, as well as other projects that may be established under Sisters East, Sisters Midwest, Sisters South, or Sisters West.

Sisters East Records is an associated record-label project operating in connection with Sisters East and within the broader Sisters Regional organizational structure.

The existence of a separate project, division, or associated initiative does not necessarily mean that the project is a separate legal entity, corporation, registered company, or independently incorporated business.

Specific projects may maintain their own Websites, Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, copyright policies, content-removal procedures, and other applicable policies.

Where a specific project maintains its own policies, those policies apply specifically to that project and supplement these Terms where applicable.

5. Website Content

The Website may contain:

• Information about Sisters Regional;

• Information about regional Sisters groups;

• Content creator information;

• Photographs;

• Videos;

• Graphics and artwork;

• Written content;

• Social media links;

• Links to regional group websites;

• Promotional materials; and

• Other organizational or creative content.

Content may be added, changed, relocated, or removed at any time.

6. Ownership and Rights

Sisters Regional does not necessarily own every piece of content displayed on the Website.

Names, photographs, videos, graphics, artwork, written content, social media content, and other creative works may belong to individual creators, regional content groups, Gio Celenza MGMT, Sisters Regional, or other applicable rights holders.

Visitors should not assume that content displayed on the Website is owned by Sisters Regional or Gio Celenza MGMT unless ownership is specifically indicated.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership or intellectual-property rights from one person, group, project, or rights holder to another.

7. Regional Group Content

Content created specifically for, on behalf of, or as part of Sisters East, Sisters Midwest, Sisters South, or Sisters West is considered Sisters group content and is owned by Sisters Regional.

This may include group photographs, videos, graphics, artwork, written materials, promotional materials, social media content, and other creative works created for or through a Sisters regional group.

Individual creators may continue to own their independent personal content and creative works that are not created as Sisters group content.

The participation of an individual creator in a Sisters regional group does not automatically transfer ownership of that creator's independent personal content to Sisters Regional.

Sisters Regional may use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, display, archive, promote, or otherwise manage Sisters group content across the Sisters Regional Website, regional group Websites, social media accounts, and other platforms.

Nothing in this section transfers ownership of an individual's independent personal creative works to Sisters Regional unless otherwise agreed.

8. Use of Website Content

Visitors may view and access the Website and its content for personal, informational, and non-commercial purposes.

Unless permission has been provided by the applicable rights holder, visitors should not:

• Copy or reproduce creative works for unauthorized purposes;

• Re-upload or redistribute content;

• Modify or edit creative works and present them as their own;

• Use Website content commercially without appropriate permission;

• Remove applicable credits or ownership information; or

• Represent another person's creative work as their own.

Certain content may be intentionally made available for sharing through third-party platforms. Sharing content through the platform's normal sharing features is permitted where allowed by that platform.

Regional groups may also maintain their own websites or pages.

Third-party platforms operate independently from Sisters Regional and Gio Celenza MGMT.

Their availability, functionality, content, terms, privacy practices, copyright systems, and policies are controlled by the applicable platform.

Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies.

10. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to external websites, social media platforms, content platforms, and other third-party services.

These links may include websites operated by regional Sisters groups or third-party platforms.

Sisters Regional does not control external services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, policies, or practices.

11. Content Removal and Copyright Concerns

A request does not automatically guarantee that content will be removed.

Requests concerning content hosted directly by a regional group or third-party platform may need to be directed to the applicable group or platform.

13. Content Creators and Regional Groups

The Website may feature content creators, members, collaborators, and other individuals associated with Sisters Regional or one of its regional content groups.

Being featured on the Website does not necessarily establish a formal employment, partnership, contractual, or other legal relationship unless separately agreed between the relevant parties.

Participation in or association with a Sisters regional content group does not, by itself, establish a formal employment, partnership, joint venture, or contractual relationship with Sisters Regional or Gio Celenza MGMT.

Information regarding individual creators or regional groups may be changed or removed when appropriate.
